Staff Bios | Allcom Electric Inc.

	Mike Neil - President Mike grew up in South San Francisco and has a degree in electrical engineering. He then went to work as an electrical manufacturing engineer. Soon he developed a desire for electrical construction and became a Journeyman electrician. Then, in 1986 on the eve of his first child being born, he started Allcom Electric. During the Dot Com era he became RCDD Certified. Mike has many passions primarily flying, which led him to obtain his pilot’s license in 2007. He also enjoys horseback riding, fishing, hunting, and spending time at Lake Don Pedro.
	Susan Neil - CFO / Controller Susan grew up in Pacifica, CA. She worked for construction and development companies as a bookkeeper. She later attended Hayward State University where she studied Accounting and Finance. It was soon after she joined her husband Mike in his electrical construction business as the CFO; Susan has been with Allcom Electric since its conception in 1986. She enjoys volunteering for her church, snow skiing, water skiing, and house boating on Lake Don Pedro.
	John Lennon - Project Manager / Senior Estimator John grew up in the South Bay and graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering and a minor in Business Management. He has been with Allcom Electric since 2002. He started as a junior estimator and over the years has become a Senior Estimator / Project Manager. He is currently obtaining his NICET and LEED certifications. John’s expert knowledge and attention to detail makes him an asset to the company. He enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, photography, and mountain biking.
	Nick Neil - Project Manager / Estimator Nick’s first job was cleaning the warehouse at Allcom Electric. Since then he has worked his way up the ladder, from electrician, to estimator to his current position. He has helped develop business operations in Southern California and Sacramento. Nick also started the Solar Division of Allcom Electric and is currently getting LEED certified. He attended San Jose State University where he studied Business Management and Entrepreneurship. He has recently started flying, enjoys wakeboarding, snowboarding, and scuba diving.
	Millie Hill - Office Manager Millie grew up in Fremont California. She has worked for various construction and trade companies throughout the bay area as an office manager and sales support. She started with Allcom Electric in 2004 and has helped redesign the inside processes of Allcom Electric. She has three daughters and two grandchildren and enjoys gardening.
